Senior VP Sales and Business Development

Nithya has over 19 years of experience in Healthcare RM. He leads the Sales and Marketing programs across our delivery centers with support from our operations leaders for various service lines. He works on socializing the transition strategy with operations leaders and create a shared focus on achieving client’s business outcomes. As the Vice President of Sales, Nithya leads the organization's new business growth initiatives and focuses on expanding RM Healthcare market share. He also provides leadership to the sales team and is responsible for the overall success of client onboarding and engagement. Nithya is passionate about applying innovation and automation to create value for clients.


Starting his career as an accounts receivable caller, Nithya has worked his way up to leadership roles. He has received multiple recognitions for his performance in production, quality, and operations management functions. His core experiences include project delivery, process management, Lean Implementation, and people development. with Ever changing Healthcare space, his quick adaptation methodologies have complimented our client with consistent cash flow. Nithya, with his experience in process automation, software implementation, has always challenged the status quo to improve the delivery model by the hour.
