Senior Vice President - Medical Coding
Shanthi has been the Senior Vice President of coding solutions since December 2018. In her present role, she is responsible for leading overall corporate strategy, growth and customer satisfaction within coding Services and technology.
Shanthi held several leadership roles at various companies in India, US, and Middle East between 2000-2015. Prior to rejoining RM Health in 2015.
With a friendly outlook and genuine smile, Shanthi conveys that she really cares—and that translates well into her work here at RM Health. Over the last 18 years, Shanthi has dedicated her career to assisting healthcare organizations across the US and UAE, addressing business needs within the areas of medical coding, audit and compliance, CDI, ICD-10 initiatives, and transcription Services.
