Srinivas. C (Srini)

Head of Quality & Compliance

Srini is a Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO) and Certified Professional Coder (CPC), both accredited with the American Academy of Professional Coders AAPC and a member of the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA).

Srini is responsible for independent compliance risk management across RM. Srini was formerly the Chief Auditor responsible for the Internal Audit (IA) Department. Reporting to the RM Audit Committee Chairman, Srini was responsible for IA's delivery of audit assurance on governance, risk management and control across RM globally to the Board and Executive Management. Prior to joining RM, He was engaged in various assignments involving risk management and internal control transformation, particularly as a result of regulatory requirements.

Srini has worked in the healthcare industry since 2006. His determination and love of helping people have driven him to grow through training and professional progression. He has worked for a revenue cycle management company, a Federally Qualified Health Center, and a Tribal Government. His expertise covers all areas of healthcare, including Skilled Nursing, Dentistry and Optometry.

Throughout his professional career, Srinivas has demonstrated a natural ability for solving complex problems and completing special projects. Personal achievements include managing a clinic’s transition from paper-based to digital file management. Most notably, developing a series of electronic billing processes whilst adapting the electronic health records system to comply with payer requirements for file uploads.
