His expertise in Client Relations, Customer and Provider Relations and Network Development have contributed towards his strong ability to identify and document operational opportunities for improvement, creative problem resolution, and promote effective relationships with both internal and external customers. His operational expertise and strong leadership abilities have enabled him to work with cross-functional units to successfully facilitate and lead new client, product and/or program implementations from start to launch.
Max has led several change initiatives associated with enhancing existing cultural programs, reducing undesired employee turnover, and establishing people programs and strategies as a critical contribution to business success. Prior to RM, Max was a member of the executive team at Megstart and played a key role. Max has been nominated for the Indian Business Journals’ Leadership Award and served as a featured presenter at multiple industry events.
